Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your lighting package reservation. Dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis. The remaining balance is due before your event as outlined in your service agreement. Last-minute bookings may require full payment at the time of booking. All lighting packages include professional setup and breakdown. The client must provide adequate power and a safe, dry, accessible setup area. Equipment may only be operated by DJ in the Hamptons unless approved. Changes to the event location, timeline, or package should be communicated as early as possible. Additional fees may apply for extra equipment, extended rental time, travel outside our standard Hamptons service area, or changes made after booking. Outdoor events require proper weather protection. Services may be paused if conditions pose a risk to equipment or personnel. By booking, you agree to this policy and your service agreement.
